Chili Con Cone-ay: Part Deux

Three types of chili (turkey, bison, and veggie) four types of Cone-ays (molded aluminum “cones” [FAILED], rolled cornbread “pancakes” [delicious, but FAILED], Belgian Waffle Cornbread Cone [MAJORLY FAILED] and Popover pans [SUCCESS!]) we learned that Chili Con Cone-ay is a fun and delicious appetizer, but is ultimately impractical as a meal (due to the miniscule amount of chili the cone-ays can hold-ay.)   Plus, the prep time is a killer.   But hey…at least we got people to come to the valley, bring beer, and play rock-band!

And Jodi made a beautiful dessert:

UPDATE:  I was in Bed Bath and Beyond the other day and saw THIS. Obviously.
